Recliner to 5K/10K Program
Have you ever wanted to take up running but get discouraged at the thought of "getting off the recliner"? This is a runner program to help you become a runner. The program will have runner coaches to help you get started, and you will work within a group. Click here for details.
Les Mills Body Pump Class

This is a cardio-class that involves sprinting, climbing hills and riding over different terrains all while riding an indoor stationary bike. This workout is easily adapted to all fitness levels. New to the program? Come early and have a fitness instructor help you with proper bike set up and form. Free to members only.
Pilates is an exercise based on the works of Joseph Pilates that has been used by dancers for years. Pilates based exercises develop a balance of strength and flexibility in the core of the body. It is taught in progressions and is a great addition to any fitness level exerciser. Free to members only.
NEW Pure Strength - Group Personal Training
A new program at the Lakewood Ranch Branch Y! An intense upper and lower body workout with a strong focus of building and increasing strength while using proper form and technique. Held Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am-10am program includes 8 sessions, for members only $60.00.
Active Older Adult Center
Locations are at the Bradenton Branch Y and the Parrish Branch Y. Drop in program held weekly and FREE to members. Meet other adults while playing cards, socializing and more.
Tai Chi for Arthritis
Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation is based on the Australian Tai Chi for Arthritis Program which was designed to improve the quality of life for people with Arthritis. It includes agile steps and exercises that improve the health status and quality of life of those with Arthritis. The program is offered at the Bradenton Branch Y only. Member registration begins the 15th of each month for the next month classes. Free to members.

Youth Fitness Classes
This program is for ages 10-13yrs., and is held at the Bradenton Branch Y. Sessions held April, May and July. FREE to members!
