Y-ADVENTURE GUIDES - MORE ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
The YMCA Adventure Guides program offers activities for dads and their son/daughter such as; camping, fishing , hiking, canoeing, Pine Wood Car Races, and more. Once a month, each tribe gathers for a campout and/or other experiences that generates quality time between dads and their children. Welcome ages k-6th grade!

MOO-DUK-KWON KARATE

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Looking for a fun atmosphere to have your child’s
birthday? 2 1/2hrs. of Gym, swim and games, up to 10 guests ($5.00 each additional guest). Stop by the front desk and ask for Shawn Simmons, Membership Director.
HELD: Saturdays at 2:00pm-4:30pm (March through May) Sundays, 2:00pm-4:30pm (January through February)

TEEN PROGRAMS
TEEN FITNESS CENTER BASICS (03pyteenfc)
Welcome ages 10-13yrs. that wish to use the fitness
center (must be at least 55 inches tall.) Participant will learn proper form & safe equipment usage. After completing written and practical exams, teens are allowed to use the fitness center when accompanied by a parent only. Will meet for 2 sessions, 3 if extra help is needed. The first session will take 45-60 min., 2nd session lasts 20-30min.
T.G.I.F. TEENS GETTING INTO FITNESS
(03pytgif)Classes are designed for teens and “tweens”, ages 8-13yrs. that want to stay in shape. Includes a variety of activities from balance and agility drills, strength
training and flexibility. Bring your friends and young-at-heart parents, too! Stop by the YMCA front desk.

YMCA LEADERS CLUB (03aqteenldr)
Welcome middle school and high school students! The Teen Leaders Club enables young people to learn that they can make a positive difference in the lives of others. Enjoy social time with others, service projects, development of employment skills, field trips and more. All teens must
complete 20hrs. of volunteer service at the YMCA
throughout the year to participate in this program. Bring a friend - club meets the 2nd Mon., of each month at 7:00pm. Available to members and non-members. Application available at the front desk. Contact Hilary Koppenhaver at 782-0220 ext. 102 for more details and to apply for the

TEEN LEADERS PROGRAM - TEEN NIGHTS (03aqteennite)
Available to ages 12-15yrs. Join others for an evening of fun! Listen to music, socialize and have refreshments. Teen nights are coordinated with East Manatee’s WyldLife Club & Dance. The program is supervised. Contact Hilary Koppenhaver, Aquatic Director for more information.
Advanced registration is not required.
