PERSONAL TRAINING (03pytrain)
If you are ready to achieve your fitness goals, the YMCA team of personal trainers can give you the tools to be
successful! All trainers are nationally certified and can tailor an individualized exercise program that will help you see results.
YOUNG AT HEART FITNESS
Workout with friends in classes specifically designed for the active older adult. Look for Matwork for Seniors and Senior Strength on the class schedule! Drop in program. See current group exercise schedule available at the YMCA front desk or visit www.manateeymca.org.
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
Be a stronger, leaner you in 6 weeks! This program is a 6-week group personal training class for women. Classes will consist of weight training, abs/low back, and flexibility training. This class is limited to 10 participants so don’t delay registering!

NEW MEMBER COACHING PROGRAM (03pycoach)
Do you feel uncomfortable in an exercise setting or intimidated by all of the equipment? Have you started and stopped your exercise program many times over the years? It has been shown that those who can commit and adhere to an exercise program for a minimum of 12 weeks have a greater chance of permanently adopting a healthier lifestyle. With the Coaching Program, a fitness coach will be assigned to follow your progress and provide the knowledge, motivation and support for 12 weeks and beyond. You will meet with a coach for 6 sessions over the course of the 12 week program. Based on coach’s availability.
YOGA (03pyyoga)
The ancient traditions of Yoga have been brought into the 21st Century. We bring you a program that incorporates flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and renewed. No flexibility required! Open to all fitness levels.
GENERAL FITNESS ASSESSMENTS (03pygfa) Fitness Assessments includes: Body Fat Analysis, Circumference Measurements, flexibility testing, strength and endurance testing.
