KARATE FITNESS
Join Mike Hollobaugh for a martial arts-based workout including kicks and punches in a
drill-style format. It’s guaranteed to get your heart pounding!

PERSONAL TRAINING (03pytrain)
If you are ready to achieve your fitness goals, the YMCA team of personal trainers can give you the tools to be
successful! All trainers are nationally certified and can tailor an individualized exercise program that will help you see results.

YOUNG AT HEART FITNESS
Workout with friends in classes specifically designed for the active older adult. Look for Matwork for Seniors and Senior Strength on the class schedule! Drop in program. See current group exercise schedule available at the YMCA front desk or visit www.manateeymca.org.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
Be a stronger, leaner you in 6 weeks! This program is a 6-week group personal training class for women. Classes will consist of weight training, abs/low back, and flexibility training. This class is limited to 10 participants so don’t delay registering!

PERSONAL TRAINER APPRENTICE (03pytrain)
Need help reaching your goals? Let our personal trainers “in
training” get you started in the right direction. GREAT RATES! Available for ages 13yrs. and up. To find out more information please contact the Fitness Director.
Subject to trainer availability.

PARTNER TRAINING (03pypart)
Workout with a friend for double the fun! You and a friend can share your personal training sessions and keep each other motivated!

NEW MEMBER COACHING PROGRAM (03pycoach)
Do you feel uncomfortable in an exercise setting or intimidated by all of the equipment? Have you started and stopped your exercise program many times over the years? It has been shown that those who can commit and adhere to an exercise program for a minimum of 12 weeks have a greater chance of permanently adopting a healthier lifestyle. With the Coaching Program, a fitness coach will be assigned to follow your progress and provide the knowledge, motivation and support for 12 weeks and beyond. You will meet with a coach for 6 sessions over the course of the 12 week program. Based on coach’s availability.

YOGA (03pyyoga)
The ancient traditions of Yoga have been brought into the 21st Century. We bring you a program that incorporates flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and renewed. No flexibility required! Open to all fitness levels.

GENERAL FITNESS ASSESSMENTS (03pygfa) Fitness Assessments includes: Body Fat Analysis, Circumference Measurements, flexibility testing, strength and endurance testing.

PILATES MATWORK (03pypila)
Pilates Matwork is one of the hottest trends in fitness! Come see what all the fuss is about. You’ll strengthen your mid-section, improve your posture and look and feel better. All fitness levels welcome.

BOOT CAMP (03pybootc)
Want to challenge yourself and get in the best shape ever? Then come to the NEW Boot Camp class! Headed by Dolores McCall, a US Army Raner wife with over 14 years of aerobics and personal training experience. This indoor/outdoor class is high intensity - incorporating boxing,
martial arts, military style calisthenics and core
conditioning... guaranteed to whip you into excellent shape! H20 required.
