This is the training course required for certification to become a YMCA Lifeguard. Must be at least 16 years of age to participate. It offers information on how to guard, anticipate, and prevent problems and take action to help those in danger when necessary by providing instruction in water rescue skills, first aid, spinal injury management and other important topics.
