Individual exercise designed for those with limited capabilities, stroke, or those recently discharged from a hospital or rehab setting. Participants must be able to walk on their own and require minimal physical assistance. |

M.I.T. - MEN IN TRAINING
Circuit training and athletic drills make up this intermediate/advanced conditioning class for men! This six week session of group personal training consists of free weights, core training and cardio training twice per week for one hour.
