PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
Program participants are required to sign in at the front desk prior to entering any area of the facility. Guests of participants are allowed to attend certain programs only, specified by Program Director, and must also sign in at the front desk.

GUEST POLICY
Non-members can visit the facility three times per year at a cost of $10.00 per visit (exception: South Branch fee is $7.00). Guest must show picture ID and be 18 yrs. or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Guest of a member:
Each membership unit receives two guest passes per year. Members of the Manatee County YMCA may bring a guest at a cost of $6.00 per visit (Exception: South Branch $5.00). The member must accompany the guest to receive the Guest Pass. The guest of the member must be 18 yrs. or older or a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver & consent form.

A.W.A.Y. YMCA MEMBERS (Always Welcome At YMCA’s)
YMCA members visiting from another YMCA may use the facility three times at no charge per calendar year. From that point forward the fee is $4.00 per visit or if length of stay is longer special arrangements will be made. The A.W.A.Y. member must show proof of active YMCA membership prior to receiving A.W.A.Y. discounts. As a Manatee County YMCA member you are entitled to discounts that may be available while visiting another YMCA outside of your network.  Visit www.ymca.net (YMCA of the USA home page) to find A.W.A.Y. participating YMCA’s. (Don’t forget your picture ID card for membership verification). Ask about the Regional Membership agreement that local YMCA’s participate in.

YOUTH POLICY
Children under the age of 8 are not to be left alone at the YMCA without a parent or legal guardian, at any time. Children ages 8 through 13yrs. may be in another area of the YMCA building unattended as long as the parent or legal guardian is in the building. At the age of 14yrs. and older the individual, as a member, may attend the YMCA without a parent or legal guardian. Teen members who would like to bring a guest that is under the age of 18 yrs. please refer to “Guest of a Member” for more information.
