The Manatee County YMCA Association Office is working with the community providing Outreach Programs for middle school and high school kids. Programs are currently offered in the Pride Park Community and also in the Lakewood Ranch community. Have you heard of EMERGE? Some teens are excelling, unfortunately though some are not. We want to be there for them and empower responsible teens to reach out to their drowning peers? Drug, Alcohol and Violence Prevention Assemblies at local schools is how "EMERGE" reaches out to them. are being offered throughout the Lakewood Ranch community due to a grant received by the Lakewood Ranch Community Fund. Some programs are held at Adventure Park in Lakewood Ranch and other programs are held at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA. At the events kids will enjoy sports, Skate Park, DJ with Music, Dancing, Swimming and more.
