SUMMER DAY CAMP
Day Camp at the YMCA is in full swing! Campers are staying very active playing sports, arts -n- crafts, swimming, going on field trips and more.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Participants must have completed kindergarten through 5th grade. Day Camp at the YMCA is loaded with fun! Camp offers children new & exciting outdoor experiences like sports, swimming, archery and large group games. In addition to loads of activities that will make your child’s day active and fun, field trips and swim lessons are included with day camp fees. Camp gives your child a chance to express themselves creatively and independently while making friends and hanging out with their classmates. Each participant receives a camp shirt and camp bag. Full Day Camp is offered at the Bradenton Branch; Lakewood Ranch Branch, South Branch and Parrish Branch. The following is the schedule for the weeks ca mp will be available:
Week 1 June 9th - June 13th
Week 2 June 16th - June 20th
Week 3 June 23rd - June 27th
Week 4 June 30th - July 3rd (closed July 4th)
Week 5 July 7th - July 11th
Week 6 July 14th - July 18th
Week 7 July 21st - July 25th
Week 8 July 28th - August 1st
Week 9 August 4th - August 8th
Week 10 August 11th - August 15th
CAMP HOURS:
Monday - Friday, Pre-camp activities held 6:30am until 9:00am (exception; Lakewood Ranch and Parrish Branch begins at 7:00am) Camp held 9:00am until 4:00pm; Post Camp Activities held 4:00pm until 6:00pm
PARENT AND CAMPER ORIENTATION DAY:
Thursday, May 29th at 7:00pm at the branch registered. Parrish Orientation Day will be May 22nd at 7:00pm, Williams Elementary School.
REGISTRATION STARTS:
YMCA Members and School Age participants: March 24th / All others: March 31st
Please note: A medical release/emergency information card will be given to the parent at time of registration. Please complete and return as soon as possible or no later than first day of camp.

REGISTRATION FEES:
One Time Registration Fee, required at sign up: $25.00/child
Deposit to reserve weeks needed, required at sign up: $15.00 per week (applied to weekly fee)/child (Deposit is applied to weekly fee,. Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable)
WEEKLY FEES:
YMCA Family Members: $85.00 per week, per child / All Others: $95.00 per week, per child
The YMCA provides scholarships to families in need of financial assistance. To apply, ask the branch front desk for an application (applications turned in by May 15th)
Resource Connection is accepted at the YMCA; participant pays registration fee and $1.00 deposit for each week reserved. Weekly fee is based on paperwork issued by Resource Connection and paperwork must be submitted to the YMCA at time of registration to receive special fees.
