Ballet Barre

A non-impact workout that integrates interval training with muscle shaping isometrics. These exercises will reshape your body by targeting the core muscles (thighs, gluts, abs) and sculpting the arms. Experience the benefits of the Barre rage! No registration drop in class for members only.

    Olympic Weightlifting is a sport in which participants attempt to lift heavy weights explosively.   The sport consists of the following two lifts: The Snatch and The Clean & Jerk.

    Program is monthly, held T/W/F at 6-7:30p and Saturday 10-11:30am in the Fitness Center at Lakewood Ranch Branch.

    We offer water exercise in an outdoor pool at Lakewood Ranch and Parrish (seasonal) and indoor pool at Bradenton Branch. Pools are heated. Classes are for beginners to advanced participants.
